WMW is a high-tech waste recycling and disposal company specializing in the production of high-quality secondary polymer granules. The company has its own facilities and equipment that allow it to accumulate, sort, process and dispose of class 1-4 waste in accordance with international environmental protection requirements. Another important component of the WMW success is experienced, highly qualified specialists who are able to solve any, even the most complex problems, and are accustomed to be equally attentive to the requests of each client. The production capacity and experience of the WMW team make it possible today to produce 8,500 tons of recyclable polymer granules per year, and the volume of recycling is constantly growing.

Recycled polypropylene granules are highly resistant to most chemical influences and do not suffer the corrosive changes. This makes the material indispensable in the production of specialized containers, pipes and various household products. Modern equipment with two degassing zones, constant laboratory quality control and experienced staff allow us to speak about high performance of the secondary PP granules from WMW.
Recycled PP granules are used for the production of woven and non-woven materials, big bags and PP bags, pipes, canisters and barrels that are resistant to thermal, chemical stress and pressure drops. The granule is suitable for die-casting, extrusion blow molding, high quality general purpose extrusion.
High resistance to chemical attack of acid and alcohol concentrates, heat resistance.
The secondary high-pressure polyethylene granule is characterized by high elasticity, resistance to chemical compounds, density and waterproofness. WMW produces high purity secondary LDPE pellets, which are confirmed by laboratory quality control. This material can be used for the production of safe and durable packaging, as well as engineering pipes and connections in the housing and communal services system.
Recycled LDPE granules are widely used for the production of pipes, cable channels and gutters. Due to the fact that in terms of quality characteristics, the secondary granule is not inferior to primary high-pressure polyethylene, it is actively used in the manufacture of household products and in the construction industry.

WMW manufactures and sells high quality recycled stretch granules that have excellent flow properties, transparency and elasticity. This type of secondary granules is completely safe for humans. The quality of raw materials from WMW is confirmed in laboratory conditions, which allows the use of secondary stretch granules in the production of food packaging.
Recycled Granule Stretch from WMW is perfect for the production of technical stretch materials, films of mixed composition, multilayer technical film packaging, building materials for outdoor and indoor use, injection molded polymer products.

Recycled low-density polyethylene pellets from WMW are of high quality and offer a wide range of applications. Due to its resistance to environmental influence, lightness and environmental friendliness of this material, it can be used in the production of non-food products, as well as serve as an additive to primary raw materials in order to reduce raw material costs.
Recycled HDPE granules are used in the manufacture of film materials, bubble wrap and containers for various purposes, including pallets and bags. Its lightness, non-toxicity and excellent performance make it possible to use granules of this type in the production of wires, cable channels, furniture and even toys.
Not exposed to alkalis, acids and organic solvents. Lightweight material with increased ductility belongs to the hardly flammable class of materials.
Polypropylene is a highly resistant synthetic polymer from which most plastic products are made today. During the production process, enterprises generate a large amount of polypropylene waste, which must be recycled and reused. The decomposition period of PP waste can be up to 500 years, and the thermal properties make this type of waste the most frequent cause of large-scale fires at landfills, therefore its processing is the only reasonable approach to production, consumption and preservation of the environment.
WMW buys polypropylene waste (you can recognize it by the special marking — the number «5» and the indication PP) for further processing. We accept: Big Bags and polypropylene bags (dry, clean, without organic and other residues), films and bags, plastic containers and boxes, «sprues» and other PP waste.
High pressure polyethylene is one of the most harmful types of waste. The decomposition period of such waste reaches 200 years, while all this time such waste is capable of releasing harmful chemicals into the soil and water. Waste LDPE decays to form methane, which enhances the greenhouse effect on the planet. In addition, high-pressure polyethylene products are one of the reasons for the death of thousands of animals every year, thousands of tons of such waste pollute the waters of the World Ocean today. Recycling of LDPE products (international marking number “4” or Latin letters “LDPE”) will minimize harm to the planet and turn garbage into new products.
WMW accepts waste LDPE for the production of recycled granules and further use of the material. We accept heat shrinkable and food grade LDPE films, packaging with appropriate markings, agricultural film materials, process waste, insulation materials, pipes and other LDPE waste.
Stretch film is a type of packaging material that is steadily gaining its popularity and is used in all areas from food packaging to use in construction, logistics and agriculture. Stretch-film waste practically does not decompose and during a long stay at solid waste landfills and in water emit a number of harmful substances that penetrate into the soil. Another disadvantage of such garbage is its volatility, so its storage in open landfills is undesirable.
The stretch film is recycled, so WMW purchases the accumulated film in its pure form to produce recycled LLDPE pellets.
HDPE waste includes many varieties, bottles and other containers, pipes and bags are made from this material, so the volume of such products in landfills is growing by 15-17% every year. However, low pressure polyethylene is essentially an ethylene compound. It does not decompose for more than 300 years and smolders when burning, releasing toxic substances. A time goes by, HDPE waste breaks down into small fractions and, according to environmentalists, causes the death of thousands of animals when ingested. Recycling is the only possible way to dispose the HDPE waste, since burial and incineration are not efficient and dangerous.
WMW purchases HDPE canisters, sheets and sprues, pipes, films, crates, pallets, trash cans, food and beverage containers and other HDPE wastes marked with the number 2 and HDPE sign.
Waste from polystyrene, ABS and PVC is a great danger for the preservation of the environment. This type of garbage practically does not decompose in natural conditions, its incineration is impossible, therefore millions of tons of polymer waste will pollute the Earth forever. Moreover, the amount of such waste is growing with the increase in the use of household and office equipment, the increasingly widespread use of PVC and polystyrene in construction. Therefore, recycling this type of waste is the only solution.
WMW purchases on favorable terms the office equipment housings, window production waste, construction products made of polystyrene, ABS and PVX for their further recycling.
The waste of polyethylene terephthalate primarily includes plastic bottles marked «1» or Latin letters «PET». Over a million of these bottles are bought and thrown away every minute in the world. Due to the quality of the polymer, plastic bottles practically do not decompose, but at the same time they are excellent for recycling. Reusing PET waste will not only save the environment, but it can also be a cost-effective solution.

The WMW company has the technical facilities and all the necessary licenses for the reception and disposal of metal waste, including all iron alloys, including the addition of chromium and manganese. Recycling of metals is an essential part of the smart consumption system, as the recycling of alloys allows for the efficient reuse of such scrap.
WMW offers favorable conditions for accepting ferrous and non-ferrous scrap. The company organizes the removal of materials by its own transport and has experience in demolition and safe dismantling of buildings and large-sized metal structures.
Recycling waste paper is a real opportunity to save forests on the planet, because 100% of waste paper and cardboard can be reused. Every year in our country, more than 12 million tons of paper waste is thrown into landfills in our country, and all these volumes can be turned into new packaging or disposable tableware, used and recycled again. Considering that 86 trees have to be cut down to produce each ton of paper, recycling really saves forests.

Utilization of waste of 1-4 classes
Disposal of obsolete vehicles is the most important component of environmental protection. Out of date vehicles are not only unsafe on the roads, they increase the level of harmful emissions and do not comply with environmental safety standards.
WMW is engaged in the disposal of out-of operation vehicles and issues the documents necessary for removing the vehicle from the register at the State Traffic Inspectorate.
Mass production and rapid obsolescence of office and household appliances are a big problem for the ecology of the planet. In the production of its housings and components, hazardous substances (arsenic, lead and formaldehyde) are used, which, when equipment is in an open landfill for a long time, are released into the soil, poisoning it. Provided that the plastics from which the technique is made practically do not disintegrate, this negative effect can last forever.

Every year in our country, 800 thousand tons of worn-out tires, tires and car tubes are thrown away. Mostly often, despite the prohibitions, this waste ends up in landfills, where it can decompose for hundreds of years, and when a landfill fires up, release soot, dioxins, arsenic, chromium and cadmium into the air we breathe — substances that can cause irreparable harm to human health. Modern recycling technologies help to recycle and reuse the used tires and rubber products efficiently.

WMW accepts out-of-operation steel pipes and scrap pipes of any quality for disposal. This type of waste is rarely recycled and mostly often ends up in landfills, where it can decompose for many years. Our company has its own processing facilities, which allow us to offer high prices for this category of scrap.
Recycling batteries is one of the most important tasks in the recycling industry. Chemical power sources have a high content of heavy metals (including lead, mercury and zinc), alkalis and acids, which, when emitted, cause irreparable harm to the environment. Lead-acid and nickel-cadmium batteries are especially dangerous. For their disposal and recycling, specialized equipment and strict adherence to safety standards are needed.

WMW provides collection, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on environmental protection.
Today, the main type of mercury-containing waste in our country is waste energy-saving lamps containing mercury. Mercury-containing lamps are classified as Class 1 waste and must be disposed of in a special way.
WMW has all the necessary approvals and equipment for the collection and transportation of used lamps of various types for further transfer for disposal. Transportation is carried out by professional drivers in accordance with all the rules for the transport of dangerous goods.
Wastes containing or contaminated with oil products belong to the 3-4 class of hazard and must be utilized in strict accordance with the established rules. The WMW company specializes in the disposal of these types of waste and has all the necessary equipment for the disposal of facilities contaminated with oil products, as well as fuel oil, waste oils.
